Use of RubikPlayer is entirely at your own risk. I will not be liable for any data loss, hardware damage or whatever this program might cause.

Permission to use this release of RubikPlayer is granted provided you agree with its license terms, that the license fee is paid and the copyright notice and this license notice appear in all copies and in supporting documentation.

^ License Fee

RubikPlayer is free of a charge for personal use and for use on a non-commercial web-site. If you have a feature request or if you are mind-bogglingly happy with it, send me a bottle of good wine.

Redistribution or commercial use may be subject to additional license fees. Please contact me.

^ Third Party Components

Third party components distributed with RubikPlayer are used under license. They must not be unbundled and may only be redistributed as part of RubikPlayer.

Java 2 VM Classes

Some classes of the Java 2 virtual machine (VM) have been incorporated into this software to make it work on the Java 1.1 platform.
